DAY 0 / SENT

You've already won this work. It just went quiet.

We call the customers who went quiet after your quote, and turn a share of them back into booked jobs. You don't chase anything. You just get the diary filled.

DAY 3 / NO REPLY

Nobody says no. They just stop replying.

The quote goes out same evening after the site visit. Two days of nothing. You tell yourself you'll ring them Friday. Friday is three jobs and a broken mower.

By the time you think about it again it's been a fortnight and ringing now feels like begging.

A quote you don't follow up isn't a lost job. It's a job you paid to quote and then gave away.

DAY 14 / GONE QUIET

We'll call the quotes you've stopped thinking about.

We take the list, prioritise the quotes most worth saving, and call the prospect. If there is a route back to the job, we find it. If there isn't, we tell you why.

No generic chasing. No guessing. You get the conversations that can still turn into work and the signals behind the ones that cannot.

DAY 21 / SWEPT

We sweep the quotes you've stopped thinking about.

DAY 1

You send us the list.

Export from your quoting software, or forward the emails. If it's a spreadsheet, that's fine. If it's a notebook, we'll sort it.

DAY 2

We prioritise and call.

We work out which quiet quotes are worth calling first, then speak to the prospect about the actual job. Before we call, we agree the lowest price you are prepared to accept.

DAY 3+

You get the answer.

Saved jobs come back to you. If the job is gone, you get the reason: price, timing, scope or something else you can use next time.

What we don't do

We don't set your pricing. We agree your discount boundary before we call and never go below it. We don't cold-call anyone who did not ask you for a quote, and we don't need access to your bank or your CRM.
